Waitlist privacy notice · Updated 26 October 2026
Who handles your data
VOID is operated by Alexander Sibast in Denmark and is responsible for the launch waitlist. Contact hello@voidpouchco.com about your information or to withdraw consent.
What we collect and why
When you choose to join, we store your email address, signup time, the wording and version of your consent, signup source, subscription status, and a random unsubscribe identifier. We use this to send the VOID product and launch updates you requested and to record your preferences. Joining is optional and is not a purchase or pre-order.
Our basis for sending updates is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist records are stored in Supabase in Ireland. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and email providers process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure their services; their infrastructure and support operations may involve processing outside the EEA. Where required, providers must use an applicable transfer safeguard. We do not sell the waitlist.
To limit abuse, our signup service keeps a short-lived, one-way identifier derived from the connection address, rather than storing the address in your waitlist record. This counter expires after an hour and is removed on a subsequent signup request. Infrastructure providers may also keep their own security logs. Abuse prevention relies on our legitimate interest in securing the service (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep active waitlist details while running the pre-launch list and sending the updates you opted into. We will review the list at launch and remove information that is no longer needed. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing emails and keep a restricted record of that preference to prevent further sends. You may request deletion; any information retained to demonstrate consent or handle a dispute will be limited to what is necessary.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to unsubscribe, ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not use this list for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
You can complain to the Danish supervisory authority, Datatilsynet.
Cookies and external resources
This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to retrieve them. Hosting providers may use essential technical measures to deliver and protect the site.
